Manuscript Review

A manuscript review is a bird’s-eye view of work in its early stages. I will read the entire manuscript or a portion of it and will help you strategize your next steps for developing the manuscript.

How It Works:

• I review the first chapter of your manuscript.

• We schedule a call to chat about the book (process, vision, etc.).

• If we decide to move forward, we agree on a fee (typically around .03/word for a manuscript review) and a schedule.

• I send along a contract.

• I get to work!

• I send along an editorial memo (4+ pages).

• We schedule a follow-up call to discuss the review and any questions you might have.
